Thanae assists with and handles your administrative tasks. Insurance guidelines are subject to frequent changes and carriers may interpret the regulations differently. Thanae reviews all forms for completeness and accuracy to avoid delays, or even denials, when being processed by the carriers.

Claim problems can be daunting to try and deal with on your own. Thanae knows who to contact and what questions to ask. She’s super effective at resolving issues quickly and has recaptured tens of thousands of dollars for our clients that were adjudicated incorrectly.
